DRIVING

Galesburg is conveniently located on Interstate 74, about 50 minutes south of the Quad Cities, 3 hours west of Chicago, and 3 hours north of St. Louis. In Galesburg, there is an Enterprise rental car office, Uber service, and several taxi companies to help you get around, as well as city bus service.

 

FLYING

Two regional airports serve the Galesburg Area—Peoria International Airport (PIA) in Peoria and Quad City International Airport (MLI) in Moline. Each airport is approximately a 40-minute drive to Galesburg.

 

RIDING THE RAILS

Rooted in deep railroad history, it’s no surprise that Galesburg is served by eight Amtrak trains that run daily. There are four eastbound and four westbound trains that operate on both national and regional routes.
